Now that we've seen the "results" of the 2012 Election. Which I know a few outsiders were anxious to hear or see the results.
Obama defeated Republican challenger Mitt Romney on Tuesday night after a grueling presidential race and used his acceptance speech in front of a huge cheering crowd in Chicago to strike a conciliatory note toward his political opponents.
Americans chose to stick with a divided government in Washington by leaving the U.S. Congress as it has been since the midterm elections of 2010.
Obama's fellow Democrats retain control of the Senate and Republicans keep the majority in the House of Representatives, giving them power to curb the president's legislative ambitions.
This is the political reality that Obama - who won a far narrower victory over Romney than his historic election as the country's first black president in 2008 - faces when he returns to Washington later on Wednesday.
But that did not stop him from basking in the glow of re-election together with thousands of elated supporters in his hometown of Chicago early on Wednesday.
"You voted for action, not politics as usual," Obama said, calling for compromise and pledging to work with leaders of both parties to reduce the deficit, to reform the tax code and immigration laws, and to cut dependence on foreign oil.
Obama told the crowd he hoped to sit down with Romney in the coming weeks and examine ways to meet the challenges ahead. But is Romney willing to sit down and work with President Obama?
My question to the public is....
- What's up with Florida's count????
- What's this rumor about a glitch in the system when voters voted for Obama?
ARE YOU AN OBAMANIAN OR A ROMNEY FAN?

The perceived difference between the top car brands and the challengers
is shrinking. That's the finding of the 2012 Car-Brand Perception Survey
conducted by the Consumer Reports National Research Center. Toyota,
Ford, Honda, and Chevrolet, which have been perennial leaders in the
survey, maintained their top positions but have seen the points gap
The chart below shows the overall scores for the top and bottom 10
brands, according to the Consumer Reports 2012 Car-Brand Perception
Survey. Overall scores are an aggregate, reflecting a brand's total
perception level across seven areas. They are rounded to the nearest
whole number. The top five brands in each area are listed below. The
categories are listed in rank order of importance to consumers.
How the scores were calculated
The Consumer Reports National Research Center conducted a random,
nationwide telephone survey of 2,045 adults from Dec. 1-5, 2011, and
collected survey data from 1,702 adults in households that had at least
Overall brand perception is an index calculated as the total number of
times that a particular make was mentioned as exemplary across all seven
categories, divided by the total unaided awareness of the brand.
(Interview subjects were asked what brands exemplified the traits,
instead of being read a list of brands.) That approach compensates for
awareness level, ensuring that every brand has an equal chance of
leading a category, not just the best-selling or most well-known brands.
Category scores reflect the number of times that the particular make was
mentioned as an exemplar of the particular attribute, again corrected
There was a time when European cars were the most reliable cars money
could buy, these days though, the Europeans might be the innovators and
still leading the technology in cars, but when it comes to reliability,
the Japanese have won the game hands down, even the Koreans are doing
better than some of the European / American brands.
The table below displays the top 10 Reliable Cars.
The world’s biggest surveys that investigates the reliability of more
than 450,000 cars aged from three to nine years old was carried out by
Warranty Direct, an independent automotive warranty specialist company.
The survey looked into the reliability of vehicles from 33 manufacturers
in daily use in the USA and the UK.The company then drew up a ‘Reliability League Table’ showing the
number of mechanical failures reported for every 100 vehicles covered by
its warranty policies.
So with all of that said and "blah blah blah" when choosing your personal car do you buy a car based on BRANDS or the RELIABILITY of the vehicle???
Post your comments below lets have a LIVE discussion on this y'all to find out which way is best.

Vybz Kartel was arrested last week Friday at a hotel in New Kingston and charged on Monday evening with murder, conspiracy to murder and illegal possession of a firearm.
The police subsequently said that Kartel would make his first appearance in the Gun Court Division of the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court on Tuesday. But the day came and went without Kartel appearing because the matter was not listed on the court sheet. It was then announced that the artiste would instead appear yesterday.
It was still not clear yesterday when Kartel, who is also being represented by Chris Tavares-Finson and Michael Deans, will face the court.

If you're reading this, Harold Camping's predictions that the end of the world would start Saturday (May 21) failed to pan out.
That's good news for most of us, but Camping and his followers were
looking forward to the end. After all, they believed that they were
likely to be among the 200 million souls sent to live in paradise forever.
So how do believers cope when their doomsday predictions fail?
"If you have a strong leader, the group survives," DiTommaso told Live Science. "Sometimes the group falls apart. Most often, the answer
given by the group is that the prophecy is true, but the interpretation
So what do you have to say about this Doomsday that did not take place or haven't started..because When Doomsday Isn't, Believers Struggle to Cope>>
Will the world end this week?
OK bloggers, I woke up to this morning to a full facebook page of —————->: ’earthquake, earthquake… the world is ending! OMG its all true!”
On May 17, 2011 on a popular talk show it was made mentioned that the world will be coming to an end and Judgement Day WILL be on May 21, 2011...IS THIS FOR REAL???or IS THIS ANOTHER FALSE PROPHET'S words.
.What are your take on this....
After years of speculation and conspiracy theories, the White House has released President Obama’s “long form” birth certificate, clearly stating that he was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on August 4, 1961. View the document below.
Plus, Howard Kurtz says the birthers made him do it and Andrew Sullivan asks why it took so long.
Officials had previously released a “certificate of live birth,” but that document didn’t have doctors’ signatures, and some conspiracy theorists insisted that it was manufactured or that the president had something he wanted hidden on the longer document...
TAKE A LOOK....
Oh, come on, you don't actually believe
this nonsense that Osama Bin Laden was really killed in a firefight on Sunday… do you? The internet has found the truth behind the Osama Bin Laden death conspiracy. It's a ruse to distract from Obama's Kenyan origins!
See, Osama Bin Laden couldn't have been killed in Abbottabad, since he's actually been so called claimed dead for "nearly a decade". He was already so called dead in December 2001 when he released that video claiming responsibility for 9/11: It was actually a "fat Bin Laden look alike." (Would love to see the Craigslist casting call for that gig.) I mean, a burial at sea? Really? And we're supposed to believe you're not releasing pictures because you don't want to offend people or something? Laughable.
So, why would Obama choose last night to perpetrate this massive hoax on the entire world? "What are they breaking the news to hide?" asks the conspiracy theorists . Well, insane, unstoppable birther Orly Taitz has an idea: Today there is a 9th Circuit Court of Appeals hearing regarding on her many joke lawsuits challenging Obama's presidential legitimacy. No doubt, Barack Obama wanted to bury the news that Orly Taitz was going to produce undeniable evidence that Obama's long-form birth certificate was a fraud, written with the wrong kind of pen or something!
Our court hearing is scheduled to start in just a few hours. Major networks are supposed to be there with cameras rolling. Suddenly, Obama announces that the body of Osama Bin Ladin (sic) is found and we need to prepare for a possible terrorist act. Perfect timing!
So, that's obviously it. Who knows what other corpses Obama has stored in a meat locker in the basement of the White House to wheel out the next time his presidential scam is threatened.?What do you have to say about this?
An image circulating on the Internet and displayed on some television news programs abroad purports to show Osama bin Laden’s bloody corpse. No U.S. or Pakistani officials have confirmed its authenticity, and two U.S. officials have warned NBC News that the image is a hoax.
Based on an initial look into the image file, we agree, and think it’s a fake. At first glance, the pixelation around the “wound” area and the odd lack of transition between different colored cloth and flesh indicate that the image has been manipulated.
Furthermore, the facial expression and beard are very reminiscent of a 1998 image of bin Laden, the first picture shown below. Next to it, we show the original resolution of the “corpse” image as we’ve seen it (197 by 263 pixels), “flopped” 180 degrees on the horizontal axis to conform to the original 1998 image’s beard orientation. The third image is a blended image of the two, with the “corpse” image at 100 percent opacity below the original image at 43 percent opacity. The way the images “lock” in place at the mouth, beard and nose indicate to us that the image circulating on the Web and some foreign television outlets is nothing but a clumsy fake:
Graphic image below: Please be forewarned that an image lower down on this post looks like the bloody face of a dead body. Some viewers might find it disturbing. We don’t think the wounds are real, but you still might not want to look at it.
s we approach the 10th anniversary of September 11 the big question is Osama bin Laden dead or alive has to be asked. His voice was detected regularly until December 14, 2001 by intelligence operatives monitoring radio transmissions in Tora Bora, according to the Pentagon.
The Pakistan Observer reported that he died a peaceful death due to an untreated lung complication, citing a Taliban leader who allegedly attended the funeral of the Al Qaeda leader!
In Bad Health
Bin Laden was often reported to be in poor health. Some accounts claim that he is (was) suffering from Hepatitis C and could only have expected to live for two more years. According to Le Figaro, in 2000 he ordered a mobile dialysis machine to be delivered to his base at Kandahar in Afghanistan. The US Federal Bureau of Investigation’s counter-terrorism chief, Dale Watson, says he thinks Osama Bin Laden is "probably" dead. Even Israeli intelligence says he's dead. So what’s the hold up?! Make the call…
Now if you’ve been paying attention you’ve learned that Osama bin Laden was on the US payroll pre 9/11 to help fight the Russians in Afganistan …and you heard the theory that they set him up as a pansy to take the fall for the attacks …and that the bin Laden family and the Bush family were pretty tight, which perhaps got him a free pass back to Saudi Arabia as a ‘favour’ to the family…which is all a possibility, but come on!So why not just come out and say he’s dead? What good is a War on Terror without terror personified into a single easy to despise form? Imagine World War 2 without Hitler…not as menacing, eh?
Bad for Business
Without Osama bin Laden alive and as a continuing threat, the so-called “Military Industrial Complex” would find sales heading into a deep valley. Keeping Osama bin Laden alive in the minds of westerners with the help of mainstream media, is good for business on many levels.
Events leading to Osama bin Laden's Death
On May 1, 2011, U.S. President Barack Obama ordered a raid of bin Laden's suspected location in Abbottabad, Pakistan. The operation was successfully carried out by United States Navy SEALs, with intelligence support from the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). During the 40 minute raid, bin Laden was shot in the head by the SEALs, the wounds of which were fatal. The SEALs commenced with intelligence searches of the building after which his body was taken in to custody. Genetic testing and facial recognition were performed to positively identify bin Laden and his body was deposited into the sea for burial less than 24 hours after death. Confusion as to the official date/time of bin Laden's death has been due to geographic time differences. His death was announced in the United States very late in the evening of May 1, 2011 local time, but the geographic location of his death, Pakistan, may support the actual date of death as May 2, 2011
You Decide: Dead or Alive?
So is he dead or alive?........ I think this is all a game -_-
Recently there was a popular talk show that did a survey on what citizens of Jamaica would think about having the Holy Bible translated to Patois.
Now I'm bringing this question to my set of people to hear their take. I personally don't like the idea but what the heck...it's just a question with your personal opinion..
What do you think about the idea of translating the Holy Bible to Patois?
"I rarely ever conceal and carry, but sometimes if I'm in a very bad area, I do take protection," he said.
"I tell people all life is sacred, including mine."
A few states away, Fr. Theodore Parker said he knows he has the constitutional right to own a gun, but can't see any reason why he would. The pastor of two inner-city Detroit parishes said, "The real purpose of a gun in our culture is violence." And there's just too much of that, he contends.
One point on which both priests agree is that personal responsibility is mandatory for those who possess firearms.
What are your take on the fact that a Priest owns a Gun?
